Nov 12 2018 About 6 months ago I was involved in an assault where I had gotten pushed over and landed on my face, this resulted in my front tooth being chipped in half and my other one slightly chipped, my face was all battered and covered in cuts I was in so much pain. Firstly the reception girls were lovely! They could obviously tell I was very self conscious when I first came in as my face was in a mess, they chatted to me whilst I waited for my appointment which I managed to get just under a week of the incident. Receptionist dealt with my appointments making sure it fitted in with my busy work shifts. Secondly my dentist was just so welcoming, on my first appointment where she was checking the damage so to say, she could see I was in a lot of pain and was very gentle, she explained everything fully and gave me options which I could decide what I wanted to do. Think I had about 3 visits all together and everyone was a pleasure considering why I was there, 6 months down the line and I’ve never felt so confident with my smile, you cannot tell the difference from before the assault and I couldn’t be more thankful for these lovely ladies!
