After phoning for 4 days constant trying to get through , I got through today after only an hour .. I’d been suffering over covid with toothaches , and a major toothache forced me to finally give in and go get it out .. so I missed a couple of appointments prior to covid , I’d moved house twice , you have my mobile number yet I never received any reminder about a check up .? And the answer to my problem was too bad I’ll get you the telephone number of the school of dentistry your no longer one of our clients ,, so much for duty of care , so much for loyalty so much for compassion and empathy so what half your top teeth are falling out we don’t give a shit go get a student to have a go fixing you .. UNBELIEVABLY BAD CUSTOMER CARE , and generally shows a lcd of respect for people in general ,, I am totally disgusted and I will be taking this to RQIA at the very least

Awful customer service , lack of empathy and a lack compassion , Recommend you go to school of dentistry .. after ringing every day this week non stop some days for over an hour eventually get through and be told because I’d missed check ups prior to covid I’d been removed from their client list .. it didn’t matter that I’d suffered on and off for over two years and now needed emergency help to save all my front teeth , Go let a student sort it .. you absolute shower .. you know what I actually paid for every single piece of treatment even when I was unemployed as I was too embarrassed to tell mr Bowen that I no longer was in work .. what a mug , feel so let down , don’t know where to turn and am so worried about my top teeth ,, swear just my luck
