Marston Surgery - Cranfield and Marston Surgery

My mum is in her early 70s. Had a fall about a year ago and broke her shoulder. This has Healed, but about 6 months ago they discovered she also fractured her spine, which has also now healed. She is struggling daily with pain in her back and her groin, on a huge amount of pain killers, has gone from rushing around nonstop to putting herself to bed because of the pain. They will not refer her to the hospital, it is shocking!

Why do we have to travel to marston for doctors , terrible cranfield service ,in the last week my phone was used 78 times to try and get through to reception,yes I did ring at 8.30 ,surprise it said no appointments ,then after trying many times it said number3 in call queue,when you get through they then say no appointments,ring 111,or go to walk in centre ,two days later eventually it said number 25 incall queue,when i spoke to reception fobbed off again,with someone will ring Monday afternoon, what total waste of time ,

My 83 year old mother is a patient at this surgery and has been trying to get hold of a doctor there now for 3 weeks. She is currently housebound due to an osteoporosis flare is constantly in pain. Because she has been unable to get an appointment (the only one she did manage to get seems to have been cancelled), she has had to call 111 just to get some pain killers. On Friday before calling 111 again she called the surgery to be cut off twice and being in immense pain resorted to calling 111. Avoid at all costs
