Terrible surgery. No face to face appointments offered even though Covid and lockdown over for long time. GP reluctant to prescribe any meds for any symptoms which defeats the object of making a appointment. Alot of decrepency going on too. This surgery needs to be investigated for the service provided to patients. | ||||||

Really terrible service from this surgery. Still only giving telephone appointments, even though Covid and lockdown over. Dr reluctant to prescribe any meds for any symptoms which defeats the object of making a appointment. Alot of decrepency going on too. This survey needs to get investigated for the service from the Drs here. | ||||||

Receptionists triage over the phone before making appointments
Have had to put in a complaint or two unfortunately.
