Poor patient care in general and doctors do not listen at all. Some are outright rude. I don't feel listened to at all. Complaints are not addressed properly and its not even worth it to take it any further with cqc. |

Waited 51 minutes on the phone to get through to a receptionist to cancel an appointment. No option to cancel online. |

I have just changed to this surgery after 40yrs @ Chells Surgery I have only changed as I now live in the Old Town both surgery’s gave us excellent treatment ! Ladies on reception at Stanmore always very kind & helpful! I must admit trying to get through takes awhile , but every phone call you make in this country takes forever to get through now! |
