Following a short telephone triage call I was seen quickly the same morning and was really grateful for the efficient and kind treatment I received. It was the sort of potentially awkward 'do I have to go through this? Yes I suppose I do' sort of examination that you need to have a chaperone in the room for and she too was great at putting me at ease. I felt that the doctor really cared about my health and was able to refer me on with the right sort of urgency, giving me a letter to take away and clear instructions on what to do next. I telephoned the surgery to make an appointment when the line should have been open, but it wasn't. All I got were the opening times. Very disappointed. | ||||||

In a long running condition for my 4 year old daughter, seeing a new Doctor I wondered about ability to help. The doctor was fantastic, putting my kids at ease and empathically getting all the details of how we had tried to help my daughter's condition. She engaged with my daughter to gain answers on her pain and gave me useful tips immediately.
I had seen the doctor within 1 1/2 hours of going into bassingbourne surgery to enquire about a referral so I was very happy. The doctor was outstanding and really made my day during a bad time with my daughter's condition. | ||||||
