Having had poor experiences in the past, I was really pleased with the service and care that I recieved. Yes, the urgent appointment phone que was long, however, the practice staff did all that they could to get me an appointment the next working day. The GP that I saw was kind and treated me like she had all the time in the world. They were running behind with appointments by the early morning, yet there was no sense of being rushed. I got the sense that the practice is being run by hard working individuals in a stretched system. I'm very grateful that the team at Lister house continue to do their best despite service pressures. |

They don't answer the phones despite you being told you are number 1 in the queue. |
