I have been with this surgery for many years and have felt that they had my interests in hand. Over the last two years it’s become less patient centric and much more business centric. The receptionists and practice nurses are very helpful but the doctors are less in tune with folk. From other health care professionals I speak to there is always a dim opinion which leads to uncertainty (as a patient) that Im getting the best care.
I do hope that the surgery can get back to where it was as the doctors are very capable but need to dial down the business / cost focus- it’s wrong! |

If has been impossible to get a practice nurse appoinment there for the last week and have been informed that they don’t have any appointment available until May! At present I have to take my mothering law to St Alban minor injuries every two day to get her bandages changed this then involves a wait of at least 2 hour. Not impressed. |

I have used this surgery a few times in the past year and have found the reception very helpful and courteous. My health professionals have always been competent and supportive in dealing with my health conditions. Would definitely recommend. |
