The worst surgery in Hemel To get to them you need to call all day. Staff not know whay they are doing.I do not understand how they got good service rate from CQC-doctors misdiagnosed patients. One of them told me he got not time for me. Bad service, marks below zero. They should closed down this one. | ||||||

This was my surgery for all of my life, the only issues I had (until recently) were the inefficient and unhelpful reception staff and the total inconsistency with who you saw. I became mentally ill in 2014 and initially i felt the doctors were sympathetic and understanding... however as my condition did not get any better my regular gp lost her bedside manner and blamed me for my illness. She totally gave up on me and that made my mental health ao much worse. I changed surgery and have never looked back... I am trying to persuade my mother to do the same as she had a heart attack through the negligence and uncaring attitude of Bennetts End .. | ||||||
