I had call this Gp for my prescription. Doctor told me: yes, you can have prescription by tomorrow, then reception told me we don’t have it. They played this around a month game . People sick, just need help, they are not serious, very unprofessional and no helpful at all. Made people very stress. This is worst Gp I see in my life. Made me very disappointed. Hope they can be change to more serious and helpful. Think about if they are sick, how about nobody help and just play around, what they will feel. Hope someone can take serious and check it. This surgery is exceptional. It is small and well-run, and the service is extremely personal. They are prompt to answer the telephone, are almost always able to offer appointments quickly - often on the same day. They are proactive in looking after their patients and making sure that you can access the service that best suits your needs. The doctors are all polite and friendly, and the reception staff are always extremely helpful. We used to belong to a truly awful surgery but I am pleased to say that Archway is very different. | ||||||
