Absolutely shocking, had an xray in June was supposed to have made an appointment within 4 weeks bur Dr Perera didn't fulfil het job and put it on task list and now 6 months on I've only just found this out | ||||||

What a nightmare had an xray in June apparently I was supposed to have been contacted to make an appointment within 4 weeks ,well that never happened, I've been told I can't get an appointment now until after Christmas, I'm currently sitting on the phone no 12 in queue and they will probably close for lunch soon 30 minutes I've been waiting so far | ||||||

An hour to get through to the reception for an appointment for a 3 year old. 3 hours later still no call back. Not great considering the pandemic is virtually over | ||||||
