Complete disregard to patient care. Doctor in charge seemingly invisible. Most staff try their best but I feel this surgery has become dysfunctional from the top which inevitably affects the rest of their staff. Facilities throughout C0vid crisis have been unfit for purpose and remain so. The locum doctor, whose name is not in the their website, is reportedly good as are their nurses. This once good surgery is in deep decline sadly. |

A once exemplary practice has been completely ruined by the correct duct or in charge who simply doesn’t care about his patients and doesn’t appear to know what he’s doing. The long term locum doctor is excellent but there’s no mention of him on the website and he constantly gets undermined. Such a shame! |

The doctors and nursing staff are always very helpful, polite and friendly. The reception staff are 'the best' Telephone bookings are always dealt with swiftly and effectively and it is unusual NOT to book an appointment for the same day. Equally the pharmacists do a great job, they are polite and always helpful. Blood tests are also dealt with quickly and efficiently in a relaxed atmosphere. My wife and I have nothing but praise for this surgery. |
