Absolutely diabolical the reception staff are nothing short of down right rude and make you feel extremely uncomfortable like you should be sorry for phoning! Dr Dave is also a complete shambles and a useless doctors who refused to see our child as there was apparently nothing wrong with her she then subsequently ended up an in patient in Watford general for almost a week! |

We joined the surgery about 8 months ago. So far, we've only received excellent levels of service. Caring doctors and polite and friendly reception staff. Also, the ability to book appointments both non urgent and urgent have never been any issue. Keep up the great work! |

When attending for issues the resident doctors and nurses will be condescending, rude and ignorant. I will often know the cause of my issue and will be hit with remarks such as "I'll be the judge of that" or "that is for me to decide" when I am simply giving my opinion on the issue to which I have had a 100% success rate in when I have given.
They will take the regular check then on the penultimate factor confirm what I have already told them, the previous checks therefore are irrelevant. The worst part of this is that when on one visit I had the audacity to ask 3 seperate questions about unrelated issues, taking up less than 7 minutes up to that point which was much less than half the waiting time, the doctor told me that they were keeping each appointment to one question to save time. This was baffling as I would assume getting all needed answers in a single sitting would be the best way to stop repeat visits and reducing unnecessary appointments, this came from the head of the surgery..
Finally the biggest issue I have had is there inability to release my medical records to those who require them and I have been met with sarcastic and demeaning tones when I question them on this, I used to think the surgery was a-class but has rapidly fallen, presumably due to the rapid failure of NHS services in general |
