My experience so far being a patient at Penhurst Gardens GP surgery has been faultless. I joined in June 2023 and was given an introductory appointment with the nurse to run through my medical history & current medications, as well as the usual obs noted e.g. blood pressure, height & weight. When I have called or visited reception, it has been a pleasant experience & the team is polite & helpful. I haven’t had to wait long in the queue when I have telephoned the surgery. When I had a concern about a lump in my leg, I did get an appointment within a week which was good. I would recommend this surgery to any my new patients. | ||||||

I have been coming to the surgery since a kid. It is run very professionally from receptionists taking great care of patients to other staff as well. All the doctors are good and dr Jones is very attentive in listening to the patient and gives great care every time. I am very happy with this practice over all the years I’ve visited. | ||||||
