It's is terrible I can never get through to speak to anyone. I ring I am number 1 in the queue and waited over an hour on the phone. I gave up in the end. It never used to be like this but since covid it's been a night mare. Why can't the surgery go back as it use to be |

This is the worst doctors surgery I have ever been to, and that’s saying something as my previous one was under special measures. Trying to get an appointment on the phone is like getting blood from a stone, plus you have to contend with the really helpful and friendly reception staff...cough.... I have never meet a ruder and least friendly group of people. Once you have finally got an appointment by going online, for 4-6 weeks time, you get to spend an eternity in the waiting room while your soul slowly dies. (My appointment was over 50 minutes ago as I write this).I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. You have more chance getting an appointment with The Queen than this place and those languishing at Her Majesty’s Pleasure are bound to be more friendly and welcoming than the staff here. Oh and if I was as inconsiderate as to arrive at my appointment even a few minutes late due to traffic problems, I have been informed that “Doctor won’t see you now”! On a side note that while you wait for your appointment you are likely to catch something new to talk to the doctor about....oh...but wait.... that would need another appointment. |
