I would like to start by saying a big Thank You, to all the reception staff and GPs at this branch. I have been a patient here since 2002. Before the current branch manager took over, the surgery was in disrepair, not enough chairs for the patients, the toilets were out of order most of the time. It was a depressing and dingy place, and some of the staff were unfriendly. Since the new branch manager took over, the surgery has been refurbished to a high standard, they’re more gps, enough chairs for the patients, the toilets work, and the staff are friendly and polite. This surgery has improved tremendously. The staff always go out if their way to help, and send appointment reminders etc. I recently met the branch manager, she is so lovely and caring. She has really turned this surgery around for the best. This is now a surgery to be proud of, and the experience and care given by the staff and practice manager is exceptional. Keep up the excellent work JS MEDICAL PRACTICE- PARK LANE. | ||||||

I find the Receptionist Service at this GP Surgery superb. They go far and above their duties to be helpful, find a solution to an issue and keep you informed, along the way. It is heart-warming that they take the time to call you back, reassure you of what they are doing, who they have spoken to etc, makes one feel valued as a patient.. | ||||||

I recommend this surgery to everyone. I cannot swap this surgery to any other surgery. The receptionist are very friendly, polite, respectful and compassionate.
I recently called the surgery just before 12 .00 to book an appointment for my daughter who had a temperature and infection. The receptionist told me that the doctor had finished his shift and was about to leave however the doctor ask me to come and he will wait to see my daughter. True to his word the Doctor waited for me until I got there after 12. He examined my daughter and prescribed medication for her.
How can I swap such amazing service to other surgery.
All the doctors I have met in the surgery not a single one of them can be said any bad word. They are all very caring, friendly, compassionate and understanding. | ||||||
