Waited by my TWO phones so that I didn't miss my diabetic review, 15 minutes after my allocated appointment time I get a voicemail telling me she couldn't get through! Load of rubbish, nobody phoned and if you couldn't get through how did you leave a voicemail!! Quite clearly she needed to be somewhere else.Gary B | ||||||
