Constant battle with very poor receptionist staff, whom lack simple civility, to professionalism, as well as an inability to listen, and provide a caring, understanding service. Doctors can be, abrupt, uncaring, and condescending, and there is no accountability whatsoever when complaints are made about one or the other service! | ||||||
