I called the surgery to book an appointment and waited for 45 minutes but no one bothered to pick up the phone. Patients should at least know how far you are in the queue so patient can decide to wait or call later and not waste 45 minutes of uncertainty. Very very poor service |

My child is very sick and receptionist was very unhelpful and very unprofessional, she made me cry over the phone, telling she can’t help me and I should call 111, cause she very busy answering the phone and door and has no time to help me to get a appointment cause they are booked up for 4 weeks, which she lied because I heard her colleague offered another patient a appt next week but for my baby there’s no appointments, when I asked to make an official complaint she hanged up the phone. I’m so upset this surgery is neglecting patients and should be reported to CGC |

Reception staff are rude and make you feel like your a nuisance, management needs to be aware of this, when you call your made to feel like that you called the surgery inconveniently, new receptionists are unprofessional and unhelpful and very very rude, I am appalled of their service. |
