This is probably by far the worst gp I have ever been with from the doctors to reception staff zero customer service skills all lack simple communication skills always late for appointments they set reception staff are always so noisy always asking why I’m I booking a appointment with the doc nurse etc for? Like why does it matter to them surely my appointment with the doc nurse is private and between them and myself not the reception staff. Never get appointments when you want them always have to wait 1/2 weeks reception staff act and behave like young silly children can over hear them when sitting and waiting in the waiting area anyone would think they are 17 years old they way they speak and talk to each other ignoring people as they come in or not giving them their full attention cos they want to sit and banter with each other. The only good this the Nurses there are incredible always so polite and welcoming but had to move to better local gp where I receive much better treatment/care/service. Avoid this practice.

The DR has lost touch with the importance of listening to patients and supporting their health needs. Patients are left dependent on medication long term wise without any support towards finding better alternatives to improve health. Suggestions by patients for alternative health measures are ignored and instead prescriptions for medication are handed out in abundance. DR seems to have his own opinion on patients and serves them based on this, the DR lacks empathy and compassion and seems more interested in getting you out of his office to move on to next patient. The administrative staff are good at meeting patients needs and although they are bound by red tape they go the extra mile, they are an absolute asset to the surgery One of the best nurses I have met, should have been the DR! DR let’s surgery down.
