    Not treated appropriately for my condition, had to consult with another local GP as a temporary patient to get the treatment that was needed.

    Silver Springs has been my surgery for 12 years. They obviously have to struggle at times due to a lack of G.P's but always find time for you. l cannot praise my doctor enough he's completely dedicated to his patients. The staff including other G.P's are friendly and professional.

    There is nothing to complain about as far as l am concerned. This friendly yet professional medical centre has looked after my medical needs, which are many, for 12 years and even in the event of a shortage of doctors they come up trumps. They show no evidence of nhs cutbacks and a phone call from the doctor the same day .can be made prior to an appointment. What's not to like. Carry on the good work Silver Springs

As you say the NHS is really struggling to overcome cutbacks, yet all the staff at Silver Springs go above and beyond to accommodate the needs of all their patients.
