Impossible to book an appointment unless prepared to wait 3 to 4 weeks. Then the GP turns up 15 minutes after your appointment time, no acknowledgement, no apology and eventually called in 25 minutes late for a 90 second appointment. Dismissive GPs who don't even let you finish a sentence before scoffing at your symptoms as "probably just being a virus". Disgusting. | ||||||

Made phone appointment and had to wait a week for it. Arrangement for call to my mobile number only to find a message on my landline saying I had missed the appointment. Phoned the surgery to say I had not missed the appointment. They did apologise as it was the fault of the doctor but I still had to wait almost another week for further appointment. Also, keep on being given appointments with doctors I have never heard of - no consistency. Since the practice merged the service has gone downhill; shame, it used to be such a good surgery. | ||||||
