We have been registered at this practice for 18yrs and the GP service is always outstanding. The Dr is caring, takes the time to listen and involves me in my own care decisions. He never shys from prescribing the further tests, referral or treatment that I need. My partner and I feel truly lucky to be in his care.
The practice staff are friendly, helpful, efficient and genuinely supportive. We especially commend the practice nurse and pharmacist at Chilham and thank everyone for all that you do. | ||||||

In the 17 years I have been with the practice I have always felt cared for and had accurate diagnosis and great medical advice when needed. The Doctors and staff are very warm and caring. Amazing part of the NHS. | ||||||

As an OAP I regularly visit the surgery to collect my repeat prescription and for occasional consultations. I am always treated with respect and excellent quality service from medical and admin staff such that I am left wondering why the whole NHS can't be just like this. Brilliant in every respect - thanks to you all. | ||||||
