Can't get an appointment. Can never get through on the phone. When you do finally get an appointment the doctors don't care or listen to your problem, they just fob you off. They never send the prescription round to the chemist like they say they will so you end up having to go back to doctors to find out where it is. They don't let you book in advance either, which is ridiculous when people work! When you do finally get through on the phone, you have to tell the receptionist personal info about your problem so she then decides if the doctor calls or sees me! Absolutely rubbish! | ||||||

We have used this surgery for many years. and have never been disappointed with our treatment. The doctors, nurses and receptionists are efficient and knowledgeable. They are also caring, although very busy dealing with a multitude of phone calls and also patients in person, at this difficult time for everyone. | ||||||

Was told “there’s nothing wrong with you” well I have a heart problem and now on heart tablets after demanding to see a cardiologist. This is after my results came back showing something wrong. Been out on sooo many antibiotics I’m now becoming immune to some and had kidney and bladder pain and problems 6 times in one year being told again “your fine nothing wrong with you” well guess what… there is! Been shouted at about having a high/ fast heart rate and belittled. Letters lost. Emails from hospital never read or acted on. Appointments messed about, changed, cancelled and told I’ll get a call back and never did. I’ve now changed doctors and getting more tests that this one never sent me for to fix my kidneys. Never ever ever go to this doctors. Also they messed up my birth control thankfully I didn’t get pregnant! | ||||||
