I have had genuine cause to make several complaints in the past, about the terrible service offered by the practise. Today 27th July 2023 I was supposed to have a telephone consultation with Dr Sahota re recent blood tests and chest xray. No time slot was offered only that it would be sometime after 1pm. I received a call at 2.15 pm to inform me the consultation would be some time later in the aftetrnoon I telephoned surgery on two occasions and was told by helpful recptionist that she would advise Dr Sahota I was available to take his call. I never received the consultation or an explanation for the failure or if the surgery would be re-arranging a consultaion. As a 75 year old with a disability and other medical conditions I consider such failures of a medical practise to be unsatisfactory. |

I have been with this surgery for over 10 years now and have always managed to get through on the phone, am then greated by a friendly, helpful receptionist where you are not rushed. I have been able to book ahead appointments to suit around work and schools and have also had no difficulty when needing to book an urgent appointment for myself and children. The doctor I see is just fantastio and always listens to you and explains and treatments or referrals thouroughly while also putting your mind at ease. The receptionists have always been polite, even when I have seen them being treated appallingly by other patients. Keep up the good work! |

My daughter submitted a repeat prescription on Tuesday 21st May and to-date (29th May the prescription has still not arrived at my usual pharmacy. This is not an isolated incident so once again I have raised the issue on social media. The surgery request patients allow three working days for repeats to be processed. There is very little point in setting guidelines if the surgery fails to keep to them. I have also had to raise complaints about the surgery's failure to keep me fully informed of MRI diagnosis. Patients should not have to endure additional anxiety as a result of failures on the part of a medical practice. Patient care and satisfaction must be placed at the top of the surgery's agenda.. |
