This doctors was struggling as it was but now that the Whitehorse has taken over it has hit rock bottom. Ask a staff member any thing and they have been abandoned with no idea of what is going on, leave a form and no-one is doing them, scripts aren't getting done. You have to question the mentality of those above that decided it was a good idea to let the take over go ahead. I feel sorry for the staff. |

Recently I have had to visit a few times for blood with the Health care assistant, Doctor, nurse practitioner and respiratory nurse.
I have managed to get appointment easily and found everyone really nice from receptionists through to Doctor.
The doctor explained everything to me so I fully understood everything. |

I attended the surgery and the staff here are very cheerful and helpful. I got an appointment when I wanted and the member of staff was very nice. |
