This surgery has taken customer care to a whole new level! I just have to thank Dr Narinder Kular and Laura at the reception for making my last engagement with the surgery a very fruitful and worthwhile experience. They both displayed uncommon empathy; listened to my concerns; proposed workable and creative solutions to which I agreed. They then went ahead to resolve my concern promptly. I enjoyed them getting me actively involved in taking important decisions that concerned my care! They were both caring; professional and efficient! Well done, Haiderian Surgery ???????? | ||||||

Must feel to right this as you always hear people slagging off reception staff. Cannot thank the reception staff for their care they give the patients they go out there way to help you , also the doctors and nurses there are first class | ||||||
