So difficult to get a face to face appointment, madness that every one as to ring at 8, can be on phone for 3/4 hour, and still not get appointment, and to be told to try all again next day. Not fully I think understanding the pain my husband is in, also legs giveing way , can barely breath every day and night, talks like he as had a stroke, ( but not had a stroke) yet still no one know whot is wrong with him, so pain killers which don’t work dished out every time we go to doctors. |

Have been here for 22 years and it has gone completely down hill before these money grabbing company took over you got to see a doctor that took there time with you you got to see a dr and dr towner would see you for like 3 things at once and even in lock down with a call back she would know all your medical history but they are terrible now you have to make a separate appointment with every thing so obviously they can claim more money back from the nhs Even in lock down when things started to ease and you could see dr towner face to face the young receptionist that worked there was always polite even when she was answering phones had to personally unlock the door to speak to people ate the door she did this all alone with a smile and very helpful the staff need to be sacked or retrained on how to talk to patients all this doctor are about is making money not the life of their patients now even worse one doctor for thousands of patients the rudest receptionists I have ever met after trying for 3 weeks phoning for just a call back with a doctor decided to go in to the doctors personally while waiting in the queue a lady of 74 was tying to get her repeat prescription that she had ordered on the Thursday and was now a week later the receptionist spoke to her very rudely saying you have to do it online you haven’t done it when the lady provided proofs he had then another staff member got involved and told her we are busy you have to wait by then the poor lady was in tears I was trying to console her and she told me they are heart medication she only had 2 More left and if she misses any she could die even though the receptionist heard her telling me all this they still told her to wait another week it’s only because I complained that they did her a4 day emergency If you need to see a doctor urgently then good luck as you have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment I’ve waited 5 weeks for a callback to be told it was never booked in I called for mri scans and apparently the patient has to ask the hospital for them now as the doctor doesn’t deal with your results when did that come a thing The best thing was I called to say I’m getting chest pain and palpitations and yes I have to wait 3 weeks well hopefully it’s not a sign of a heart attack and I’m still alive in 3 weeks |

Remember the hippocatic oath ??? The first line says first do no harm !¡this surgery is poorest I've ever been to there's no care no empathy rude receptionists ruder clerks .and nonexistent doctors unless your willing to pay .!!!there is no care here now and I'd try get moved to a better surgery where you might at least get help . |
