We have had 9 years of excellent service from this surgery. GPs are all fantastic. Nurses and office are also very helpful | ||||||

This is the Worse surgery in this Area, We moved in this area 5 months ago, we tried couple of time but it is impossible to connect the call, staff are very rude, instead helping they try to ignore you by asking you to do this do that and avoid to give appointment, Today I started calling them at 07:59 and made totally 264 calls without any break, then I got connect at 8:58 and came to know all appointment are already finished and receptionist giving lecture, have you done Covid test, when I told her I already done yesterday at home and it is negative, then she said oh no, you have to test center and do it. I explain her I have bad tonsils history and due to dust allergy my tonsils get swelled and start pain in my throat and make difficult to talk, also explain I have used all cold and flu capsules available on the counter but it did not work because at the last resort Doctor always give me Antibiotics so I just need doctor to look my history and issue me the Antibiotic and i will collect them from the Pharmacy but she was just trying to ignore me. I don`t know why we are wasting our taxes on these surgeries, it is better instead paying them we need to have health insurance and pay them. I will never go there again and not advise anyone to go there to waste their time. | ||||||

Sadly have moved and will no longer attend this surgery when needed. All staff are friendly yet professional. Can always get an appointment in the morning - no sit and wait. Pm appointments are a longer wait but this is the case for all surgeries. My self and my children have never not been able to be seen when needed.
Have even had the doctor call me at home to check up on me. I really cannot priase them enough. | ||||||
