Just to let you that the staff and doctors looked after me and my family when my wife had 10 years of cancer treatment and sorry to say that my wife passed away, but the reception girls were amazing and kind to me and my kids, and the doctors always made time for us, thank you girls and for the hug too. Please remember that they work hard to make our life easier. Dave | ||||||

The medical staff are generally helpful, informed and professional however appointments are often running very late, with no indication or update ever provided by reception staff of expected delays.
There is often also sone confusion from reception staff as to shared facilities and services with the north gate and bleak practices meaning inconsistent information and options are provided for patients and communication between surgeries is often inefficient causing patient delays and inconvenience. | ||||||

Apointments run on time..Never 101 questions about why you need to see the Dr..Or nurse..Double apointments if needed..Plus physio available and a fully trained staff pharmacist..Able to do dosett boxes..Miracle!Also in emergancy able to go to Notthgate or Eastry View..Much easier.. | ||||||
