Needed to know blood groups of two of my children , my wife and myself urgently as they my daughter in law is pregnant and the hospital needed to know this before giving he an injection . I was tol at Saint Stephen’s that they couldn’t give this information out and that I would need to email someone at the Wilsborough surgery.. What the hell do they think I was going to do with this information !!!!! |

I am amazed and so saddened at the poor quality of primary care we get since Dr Naky left. Nowadays there is a raft of part time GP's it seems and getting a face to face appointment is non existent. Where are Dr Kumpta and Dr Wong hiding?? Last time I received a call back from one of the GP'S it was the week after my call. I had repeatedly requested some antibiotic eye drops as follow on from a cataract procedure, now a month later too late! I received some unexplained Prednisone tablets in my last prescription pack apparently requested by one of the respiratory nurses but not to my knowledge. You can never get an appointment and if you do it by e-request you have a window from 8.00 to 9.00 pm which is not so good for a 78 year old to fill in the multitude of questions required. On the phone bang on 8.00am the line is engaged and if you do get through above 40 in the queue! High time this was investigated by the Quality and Care team once again. We have been at this GP's for 42 years , it was once so good and now so bad! |

Could not make a appointment on the phone with this surgery after waiting 30 minutes the person on the phone said they don't do phone appointments and that I had to do it on line , after being with this surgery over 40 years you would think that they would first ask if you needed to see somone urgently before just palming you off to the online excuse yet agin what has happened to what was once a really good surgery. |
