Absolutely awful surgery. The worst I have ever experienced. What on earth is with this triage system before you can get an appointment?? If you spent less time doing that the doctors might actually be able to see more patients!! The reception staff are rushed, unhelpful and rude. They close for lunch! But surely this is when a lot of people have the time to pop in to collect prescriptions and such. Unreliable and brings me more stress than necessary. I have a child with a chronic illness so I need a good GP surgery that I can rely on. This one just isn’t it so we will have to change which is such a shame as it’s our nearest. I’m so dispppointed. | ||||||

New patient to Barming and the service received so far has been excellent, do not understand the history to rate this practice so badly?
My prescription transfer and had update about NICE recommendations for my exist drugs.
Will need to see how the practice service works out for future visits. | ||||||
