Rude, abrupt and uncaring. The quality of service and professionalism from the reception desk is appalling. After waiting for over 10 minuets to get through to reception was told I had to call back again in the morning to see if I could make an appointment. On questioning the level of service I was told to find somewhere better if I could find it, when I asked the receptionist for her name to make a complaint she hung up on me. You re left feeling that your health is an inconvenience to their day. |

I had ridiculous experience here in this surgery ,receptionist don t know how to respect patients.Their service is worst .I feel v bad because they don t care for patients.I don t know where to complaint about what happened with me ...am v stressed because of their behaviour. |

The Doctors were ALL really good but I have changed surgeries after 9 years because the receptionists at New Dover Road were always so rude, unpleasant and unhelpful. I understand that it is a thankless job but a little compassion and understanding would go a long way to pacify scared, worried patients. My husband has remained with the surgery as he is undergoing long term treatment. After a being in a queue of 24 people he finally spoke to a receptionist about his concern because of excessive bleeding and was told to go to a pharmacist before phoning the surgery again. He is in his 80’s and deserved a little sympathy instead of a curt response. |
