We have been with the Yalding Surgery for approximately 12 years. On several occasions my husband needed urgent attention which he received via home visits and then was promptly sent to hospital by ambulance. All the doctors we have had dealings with were compassionate, dedicated and caring, and never hurried us. They explained clearly the problems and the treatment options. The nurses are all kind and pleasant. The reception and dispensary staff, as well as the secretaries were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The surgery is spotlessly clean and the waiting area pleasantly bright. We hate having to leave this surgery because of a move to another county and hope that we find a similarly excellent one in our new place. | ||||||

Over the recent years I have unfortunately had to attend Yalding surgery for a variety of health problems and seen a number of different health professionals. I have always found the reception and the dispensary staff, also the secretaries, extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. The Health professionals kind, caring ,knowledgeable and up to date and the facilities clean and well kept. I hear the horror stories that some of my family and friends have with their GP practices and I think that we are SO INCREDIBLY lucky to have such a dedicated team looking after us in Yalding- THANK YOU! | ||||||
