I have seen many negative reviews so would like to add my positive one. I have recently been to doctors few times last few months and have been seen by Dr Alvi many a times and with excellent care and follow up. This is how a family practice should run. I an so pleased. I have had pleasant encounters with reception and nursing staff. I have no issues whatsoever. My issues were dealt with promptly. | ||||||

My wife was trying to book a blood test with Lordswood and they asked for GP name and they were instructing her to bring a blood form. She only had a message from Walderslade surgery to book a blood test and she was told to provide the name of her GP. She doesn’t know the name of a GP because she never see’s the same doctor or practise nurse. | ||||||
