Unreachable Healthcare would be more appropriate. Impossible to call and the e-consult service (which only operates between specific hours - even though it's a web service?) results in no better than a 50/50 chance of a call-back. If you have a long term health condition that requires regular annual check ups, forget it - they don't bother doing that anymore either. | ||||||

I've been struggling to get hold of them for weeks, I've been ringing daily and either they put the phone down on you or they just don't ring back and make terrible excuses! THEY DIDN'T TELL ME I HAD CANCER | ||||||
