I was with the surgery for about a year. I had excellent care from the doctors and nurses and they were caring and kind. However when trying to request a prescription for a family member the office staff were officious and patronising, so much so that I have changed doctor and never gone there again.
The particular person who spoke to me was correct; a review was needed to reorder the medicine, but their manner was so unhelpful and bureaucratic that I felt humiliated. I was lectured as to why the tablets would not be given and told that my daughter must take annual leave like everyone else to see the doctor for a review. My daughters appointments with the doctor are not my business I had simply gone to ask for the tablets as I knew she had none left.
I was sorry to leave the practice, I've never changed doctors before but I could not go back there.
