Unfortunately all gp's services seem to be the same now. I was a patient at walderslade for 25years and they were amazing until the pandemic. I wondered if anyone knows why things have gone so wrong. I have changed surgeries which is a big mistake. I only changed for convenience due to ill health. The surgery I am now with is much worse than reach healthcare, so I think that sometimes it is better the devil you know. | ||||||

I've been a patient off reach health care for a long time I think ive only been able to see a doctor once in the last two years ..All you ever get is e-consult then they may get back to you but more often than not they don't get back to you ...The lastest one today is for my daughter who has been ill for over a week .We believe it to be scarlet fever ..We call ...DO A E-CONSULT . We get a reply doctor will contact you by the close of day on the 25th May it's the 23rd today ...Why are they not going back to there old system you phone up book a appointment...Sorted .. | ||||||
