Do not come here, the process of booking appointments are stressful enough, let alone dealing with the receptionists who don’t care and are extremely rude for no reason. They have an email which you need to use in order to ask for new prescription but they won’t give it to you and it’s not on their site. There’s no point in even trying to use their website, and no pint in registering here. |

Constantly forgetting to send prescriptions to the pharmacy, they can take up to two weeks to get a form signed and that's of it even happens at all. They are now asking for £125 for an open referral letter for private health care provider, this is us choosing to go private with a back injury as no NHS support has been offered yet and the one week supply of pain killers has run out and they won't supply any more. Do not use this surgery |
