This practice is the worst I have ever experienced I have been using this practice for over twenty years but since been taking over by the hurley group the standard has declined so much, the reception staff are very unhelpful,do not try to resolve any problems,it's a shame that Dr Barta has I presumed has retired this current, group,are very disappointing. | ||||||

Since the first covid lockdown trying to get to see a GP even after completing those awful econsult forms which i feel they are now hiding behind is a mission!! YOU CANT EVEN RELATE TO A PARTICULAR DR OR BUILD A RAPPORT WITH ONE AS YOU NEVER SEE THE SAME GP. if you ask to see a particular GP and specify that there is ONE YOU DONT WANT TO SEE AT ALL AS YOU FEEL THEY DONT HAVE YOUR BEST INTERESTS AT HEART IT NEVER HAPPENS!! so why bother asking that question on their Econsult forms??? I have more than one health issue at present and i asked the receptionist if i have to fill out a form online for each one and i was told YES but to put the one that is most important first. WHAT IF THEY ARE ALL SOMEHOW RELATED AND HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR MORE THAN A YEAR AND THE TREATMENT PROVIDED SO FAR IS NOT WORKING??? I called on 31/01/22 i called the the health centre with a health problem that had occurred over the weekend and was asked if i had called 111 which i said i had been in touch online and they had said for me to get in touch with my GP. The receptionist said she would get a Dr to call me between then and 4pm. i received no contact. i visited the health centre on the Tuesday to drop of a stool sample and asked the receptionist if a dr had called me as i hadn't received one. She checked her system and said a Dr had called but could not get through. i checked my missed calls usually its a PRIVATE NUMBER and there wasn't one. The receptionist than booked a call for a nurse medical practitioner to call me between 4pm and 8pm to discuss my health issue. UNTIL TODAY 2/02/22 I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE THAT CALL. My symtoms felt worse yesterday evening so i called 111 and spoke to them regarding my health issue. I am now expecting a video call from them today. its very frustrating when you know that you and your body are not feeling right and you would just like to get to the root of the problem and get better so you can at least be active and the system and its so called professionals are not helping!! THERE IS NO CONNECTION WITH THIS SURGERY, NO 1:1, AND YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE THE PROBLEM. ITS AS IF YOUR JUST PRETENDING TO BE ILL AND SEEK ATTENTION. I JUST WANT TO GET WELL AND FOR THE PAST 18MTHS I FEEL LIKE IM GOING BACKWARDS. I AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF FINDING A NEW GP SURGERY AS I HAVE NO CONFIDENCE IN THE NEW CROSS HEALTH CENTRE. THE CQC SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS SURGERY AS THEIR PATIENT CARE LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED | ||||||
