Receptionists talk in a very patronising manner on the phone, so much so that I hung up on Tracy earlier, I can only assume she is an ex police officer. Mentioning that I'm having a mental health crisis, was given zero compassion, patience or understanding. Frankly, if I go and top myself right now, who the Hell cares, because just like the rest of the NHS, she doesn't. |

Reading some of the reviews makes me feel that to a large extent, the staff react to how you treat them, respect is a two way street! From a personal perspective I have always found the doctors, and staff, every single one of them ,absolutely outstanding,I have felt that they are genuinely interested, they are attentive and hard working and I have received excellent care as a consequence. They do a great job during what is a tough time for everyone. I might suggest that ‘anonymous anonymous ‘ and the moaners seek care elsewhere, if you are so unhappy with this surgery, and you can use your feet, walk, you will free up valuable time for others, probably more deserving. Langley house staff ,you are appreciated, thank you! |

A patient for 28 years, the new drive for expansion under the current Senior Partner has caused a lack of face-to-face care and communication. Garbled telephone calls to relay crucial blood test results is no substitute for proper examination. I'm tired of the arrogance; lack of discussion of alternative medications; no adherence to promised follow-ups; lack of care. |
