In 4 years in Chichester I have yet to see a doctor face to face. But, having said that, a doctor has always phoned me back on the day and I have had the meds I’ve needed having explained my symptoms. I do not have a complaint regarding this surgery and the pharmacy is brilliant. The ladies there are so helpful and nice. |

Awful I’m only with this doctors because I have no other choice. Even before covid this doctors was shockingly bad and since it’s just got worse personally I don’t think it should even be in business. I phoned as their lines opened at half 8 rang once then started saying user busy for the next 25 minutes. I called back about 5 minutes to 9, I was 11th in line and I was on the phone for 20 minutes after that I finally got an answer to a very rude man! I told him I need to see a doctor so he asked all the normal questions and when I said I have been in a lot of pain with my ear to the point I can now not hear and my whole right side of my face is in agony I then explained how my throat was very swollen and inflamed and I was finding it hard to swallow, his words back to me were well we have no appointments this morning all I can recommend is calling at 11 for afternoon appointments or seeing a pharmacist to which I then replied with I have been trying to get through since half 8 every time I’ve called this surgery you always seem to have the same excuse. He then replied we are low on staff and this is all I can do I said well it wasn’t much help at all and needed the call. I think this surgery is shocking you only care if someone literally sounds like they are dying and even then it will probably be ‘oh just go to the pharmacy’ isn’t that your job to help us? No okay. This isn’t the first time I’ve had troubles I’ve had many more and would love to report it. |

My Surgery is amazing and always able to help me when I have worrying health issues. The reception response is so good and comforting to me, knowing that they are always there for me. Thank you for caring. I would also like to thank Steve - the paramedic that visited me yesterday, with a Doctor from St Richards Hospital and who also supported me while I had breathing issues. Steve is a brilliant paramedic and you must be so proud having him working with you. I am sending lots of love and support to you all while you continue to look after all of us. Thank You.
