This place is a complete joke. They don’t answer the phone because they say you should book an appointment online. So I did this. 2 weeks went by, nothing, and I suddenly get a text saying I have an appointment the next day. Too short notice, I have a job like most people, I can’t just drop everything to come for an appointment with only 16 hours notice. I didn’t attend. Doctor Barnes called me, she said I needed a blood test, so I booked one in. I had another appointment with the doctor Barnes a few days after my blood test so she could go through the test results. The day before my appointment it gets cancelled by the surgery for 2 weeks. I get another text saying I have a new appointment in 2 weeks during the Easter holiday. I am out the country on holiday, I can’t make it. Try to call, tried messaging online. No one responded. I get a text saying you missed your appointment. My issue is worse than it was before, I do not know how to proceed. I feel like I’ve been forgotten and left to rot. This surgery is the worst in Britain. I use to think it was just the receptionists but now I know it’s all of them, including the doctors. I have been left with no choice but to find the money to go private. Do you self a favour, complain, avoid, and stay away from this place. You’ll be dead before they successfully diagnose you. |

I have been at this practice since I was born, but I don't like the doctor I have, he has no time for women who need hrt, and to be honest I don't like him, he talks a mean game and does nothing, I have asked to see other doctors but I always get lumbered with him, please how do I change my doctor there, it's getting to a point where I will change surgeries if I can't get rid of him |
