I have been with this practice for many years, and have seen many doctors come and go, i have always received excellent service from the doctors and the reception staff.
My Dr is an excellent doctor and was a great support to me when my husband passed away a few years ago.
As i said i have always found the reception team helpful, and polite as and long as possible i hope to remain with this practice.

Generally a very good gp practice. Thorough doctors and nurses and usually the reception staff are approachable. They are clearly under pressure and maintain a very composed professional manner, sometimes a little curt but understandable given how busy they are. Having said this there is one exceptionally rude lady she is very unhelpful, judgemental and likes to make medical assumptions which are completey unprofessional given she is not a medical professional. I’m not a sensitive person in the slightest but on this occasion I felt personally attacked by this woman for a seemingly reasonable and polite request. Usually I wouldn’t complain as gp surgeries are very busy places and under the constraints do a fantastic job. However, on this occasion I was completely disgusted by the encounter and whilst everyone is allowed a bad day this felt completely uneccesary. I would hate for experiences like this with the person in question to taint the excellent work the doctors, nurses and other reception staff do. | ||||||

Some of the staff across this practice are absolutely outstanding. My elderly parents have been with this practice for a very long time and have always been happy with their careNow that they are in their twilight years, the practice are being so supportive, so kind, so helpful and I cannot thank them enough for being part of my support network. They simply cannot do enough to help.
I acknowledge what some of the reviews say - but as with any organisation, you get the good and the better. People have good days and people have better days. But I can definitely say that as a practice, they do their best. I'd say its up to you to figure out which ones are the good - and which ones are the even better than good! Give it a go.... I wish that I was registered at this practice! | ||||||
