I don’t understand why you have to tell reception staff why you need to see your doctor. Where does this information go. At one point I tried to get an appointment to see my doctor online without success. I phoned the surgery and asked the receptionist to give the doctor my telephone number so he could contact me when he finished surgery. The receptionist told me he had his quota of calls for today and she’d get him to ring me tomorrow. Who decides when he has his quota? Also the phone is constantly engaged if you ring early in the morning for a same day appointment. Other than this my doctor is very easy to explain my illness problems. I have breathing problems so need regular visits to my doctor. | ||||||
