As an ex dental nurse myself I would like to warn all patients about the care at this practice in particular the unprofessional behaviour of the reception staff which I have reported to the CQC. I have been a patient since birth and yesterday my tooth broke unexpectedly causing immense pain and my face to swell out of control. They refused to give me an emergency appointment and tried to make me wait until next week which I explained I could not wait in pain that long with the swelling worsening, I returned again the best day and the same was said. The blonde lady in particular was rude and unhelpful and not the person you need to be working with patients in pain at a dental practice | ||||||
