One of the best features is that the doctors know their own limitations. My GO recognised my stomach pain was serious. Sent me straight to hospital and phoned ahead. As a result when appendix ruptured I was already in the right place. Secondly, great care taken of my son who suffers long term chronic illness and finally a breast cancer scare I had resulted in prompt referral and follow up. | ||||||

The surgery is clean and tidy with comfortable surroundings.The staff are always polite and extremely helpful and I find the nurses very professional.We are very fortunate to have a cross selection of excellent doctors who listen then have time to discuss and explain what they believe the problem might be -very reassuring.
My family are very fortunate to be patients of such a excellent practice | ||||||

I have been a patient at this surgery for 30 years, they have always provided excellent care for myself and my family. My mother has recently moved to the same surgery and is also impressed with the care she is receiving. Contrary to another reviewers comments, there is no insistence that you see a practice nurse first and I have never been pushed down that route. There has been the odd occasion where I have requested to see a nurse first as I have not thought my problem serious enough to warrant taking a doctors appointment. I can't speak highly enough of all the staff at the surgery. Gompels run the pharmacy at the surgery and they also provide an excellent service. | ||||||
