Hi
I have tried at 8.30 this morning to get thorough to your surgery constantly engaged. You keep sending me letters to make a telephone appointment. I asked for 1 last Thursday waited in from 8.00 - 10.30 no phone call another letter arrived yesterday. So if you want to contact me tomorrow Friday 13th I will be in from 8.00 am till 9.30 am only. I am out most days so if that is not acceptable to you maybe you should send me a GP appointment for a Friday morning. I no longer have a mobile phone so I am out most days and do not get home till after 6.00 pm so I am not sure how we are going to resolve this situation. You have my email address you also have my phone number I do appreciate that you are busy but you keep sending me letters and I keep coming into the surgery and basically not getting anywhere! What is the solution as you do not answer these emails and I keep leaving messages with your reception staff? The ball is in your court. Jacquie |

I booked this telephone appointment with reception staff Friday week. I was told a duty GP would call I waited till 10.30 am this morning no phone call just before I left at 10.30 am I tried to phone surgery but as usual it was engaged. I could not wait any longer as I had to carry on with my day. I was informed no GP appointments to if any come up on a Friday I would appreciate if you could either email me or send a letter with appointment. If not when I get my medication next month I will try again. I appreciate that you are busy but when you are a person on your own you cannot wait all morning for a phone call. I am actually busy myself. I look forward to your comments. I also cannot leave a message on my online account as from the surgery it is saying ok on line I am not able to access. You wanted to speak to me! |

I rang the surgery on 18/4/2019 at about 4.15pm. This was the second attempt at trying to get through- took over 40mins all in all. When I got through I was informed that I couldn't make an appointment to see a GP at all. I find this incredible- NO appointments AT ALL. I was advised to call back on 23/4/2019 (due to the Easter break) and to ask for a telephone consultation. I wish to see a GP to discuss some health issues which I am concerned about. So what am I to do? It is not an urgent conern - yet anyway. Still can't believe it is not possible to make an appointment to see a GP at all. |
