Getting an appointment at this surgery is difficult at best. Getting through to a receptionist to book and appointment is difficult. Several times I have been kept waiting in a queue only to be cut off and then when I ring back all the appointments have gone. | ||||||

Receptionist is rude, her telephone manner is appalling. She really needs to be sent on retraining with how to deal with patients in an appropriate manner as her attitude is shocking. Reading through reviews on the website it seems she is the main receptionist patients always seem to have an issue with hence the bad reviews. As a practice this reflects badly and I hope the correct steps/training are taken to improve. | ||||||
