Completed an e- consultation in the morning giving an outline of my condition. Said I was happy to wait to speak to my Dr later in the week. On-call Dr rang later in the day. Discussed condition and arranged an X-ray which was booked for the following Thursday. Results online by Saturday with next steps. Excellent service. Been with the Centre for over 38 years nothing but praise for them. Well done to the whole team. | ||||||

It is so hard to get through to anyone. You have to call at 8 am and then no one answers until at least five minutes later when you are put in a queue. If you have the patience to wait you are then spoken to by either a polite and friendly receptionist or someone who is rude and condescending. If you are lucky you might then get a call back from a doctor at a time to suit them but not you (they asume we don’t have anything to do apart from waiting to hear from the GP). I have seen a GP once in five years despite having a bad accident a year ago. Not happy at all with Ringwood Health Centre. | ||||||

This practice is not interested in patients. Long before covid arrived they did their best not to see patients face to face. I frequently attend the building and have a look in the waiting room which is always empty! Trying to phone is always a minimum of 20min wait if you are lucky. There are 11 doctors on the board by the entrance, a pity they are all part time, this is all about money. | ||||||
